La cocina está abierta al salón, y dispone de todos los utensilios necesarios para almacenar y preparar comida. Cuenta con nevera, congelador, vitrocerámica, microondas con grill, cafetera de cápsulas, kettle, tostadora; así como de una completa vajilla con menaje, platos y cubiertos. El salón y el dormitorio disponen de un balcón con vistas a una tranquila plaza peatonal del centro de la ciudad.
