Suelo de madera de roble y obras de artistas locales. Barrio de San Julián , centro histórico pero fuera del bullicio turístico para conocer la auténtica Sevilla local. Ideal studio for couples. It has a bedroom with a queen size bed and also a sofa bed for a third person. The apartment is located in the Barrio de Santa Cruz, in a very quiet pedestrian street in the center of Seville, right next to the Arab Baths, a few meters from the Cathedral and El Alcázar and less than 10 minutes away from Las Setas and the commercial area. The studio is on a ground floor and faces a very quiet inner courtyard. It has air conditioning, heating and WiFi.

The town where the apartment is called Alfalfa is on of the most charming areas of the old town of Seville. Just in 5 minutes walking you can arrive to the area of Barrio Santa Cruz where the main momuments are ( Cathedral, Alcazar etc.. ). Also 5 mins walking you will arrive to the MUSHROOMS ( LAS SETAS )

It has a double bed 150 cm x 190 cm and a sofa bed convertible into a double bed 160 cm x 190 cm, sheets and towels are included. The bathroom has a shower, it also includes shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen equipped with microwave, hob, small fridge and freezer, electric juicer and toaster.
