Just what we needed as a base to visit everything we wanted to in Edinburgh. with having a small child an apartment with all described facilities was great. Ben was really responsive aswell any time we had questions. thanks for a lovely stay!

The house was absolutely perfect in every way. Plenty of space to comfortably accomodate 6 people. The location is excellent; quiet but close to amenities and transport into town. Di was a sensational host, and the house had the best home feel we have ever had in an air bnb experience. The kitchen is extremely well equipped which is a nice bonus. I highly recommend this air BnB.

Everything you need in kitchen to cook a meal. We took lap trays rather than try to use dining table, but wasn’t a problem. The bath is very deep so need to be careful getting in if mobility not great but once in the shower options are easy to use and give a great shower. Beds are very comfortable and with no light pollution it’s very dark so a good night sleep is gauranteed. Small table and chairs outside great for catching the sun in afternoon and protected from the wind.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. A big thank you to the superhosts for your kindness, patience, and excellent communication in making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. 🙏🙏♥️

it completely feels like home. everything was outstanding. host was very firendly and responsive. he received me in accommodation when i arrive there. helped me alot to find out local best restaurants.

the house corresponded exactly to the description - quite comfortable! house in a quiet neighborhood with several public transport that allows us to quickly reach the center. very pleasant outdoor space. thank you Jamie, Jesse and Wendy for welcoming us 😉

Our family had an amazing stay at the coal house,kid friendly with toys they can play with, very clean and had all the stuff we needed Carla and Alan were great host and fast to answer any questions we had. Would recommend for anyone that has kids Thank you again

The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

Marie and her house are very welcoming. Everything is done to feel at home. The essentials provided are very convenient. The house is very well organized so that 4 adults have their privacy and amenities. Our late arrival was no problem for our hostess to hand over the keys. Everything was perfect, up to the location that allowed us to discover Edinburgh, Glasgow ….

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Amazing location - very close to everything you’d want to visit in Edinburgh. Super clean and loved that there was an iron. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Edinburgh.

The location is excellent for exploring the area. Comfortable and cozy flat, with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Really appreciated Fiona’s proactive communication and local recommendations.

A super, well equipped, quiet and very comfortable apartment in great location. We only used for a single night to watch a show at the Playhouse but it would also be great for longer stays.

We stayed in Elizabeth’s place for our first couple of nights in Scotland. It was perfect and exactly what we needed! She was extremely accommodating to an early check in and met us right when we got there with instructions. The area is perfect and just a short walk to old town, new town and Stockbridge. Close to deans village! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean!

Amazing location in the middle of everything. You can walk to a lot of different places. The condo was great! Spacious and very warm. Accommodate my family of 10 very comfortably. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent inner city Edinburgh location. Walking distance to everything, but feels very peaceful. Stunning decor, super clean and comfortable. Ella & Robin were also super communicative. Highly recommend. 🌟

We had a wonderful visit to Edinburgh, and Sue's place was perfect for myself and my 3 grown children, as we all got our own beds, and there were two bathrooms which really helped! We were able to cook and eat in the kitchen, although we ate out a lot. While not in the center of town, there are plenty of buses to take you just about anywhere, and there are big supermarkets right next door or just a very short walk away. Sue responded quickly to questions, and was very helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer!
