Welcome to The Majestic River Garden. This charming cottage was built in 1945 before this era of cookie cuter homes where every house in the neighborhood looks the same. The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen.

This apartment accommodates two adults on a double bed, with an optional pullout for two children under the age of 12. You will be just 20 minutes from Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center, and an hour from Disney World. Enjoy sunrises and maybe a rocket launch! When you arrive, pull to the bottom of the driveway, park in front of the left garage door. Follow sidewalk to the left to private lower entrance.
