John is an outstanding host!! His attentiveness is amazing! You can tell he takes pride in being a host and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home. This was our first airbnb experience and he has set the bar high! He allowed us to take our diabetic kitty with us, which made this trip possible for us. We definitely look forward to staying here again!

The space was beautiful, pristine, and peaceful. We got in late and it was a welcome respite from our travels! I would absolutely stay here again!

We loved this farmhouse apartment in Gardiner! I was impressed to see that it is on the National Register of Historic Places! Inside, there was tons of character, from stain windows, to a gorgeous fireplace mantle, to unique cupboards and finishes. I especially loved the cute stairway to the second floor. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The bathroom is spacious and modern - water heated up quickly for a relaxing shower. Gorgeous countryside setting, yet 10 min to excellent restaurants and markets for odds and ends. Perfect setting for exploring the shawangunk mountains. I would love to return and stay a little longer.
