Monthly Rentals in Shem Creek

Our family enjoyed staying at Vernon & Hope’s duplex. The place was exactly as advertised and the hosts were very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Warren’s place was easy to access and in a great location. Convenient to get downtown, Shem Creek, and the beach. Check in was easy, the place was clean and smelled freshly cleaned upon arrival. The beds were comfortable and both bathrooms and the kitchen were clean. The back yard space was great for the dogs. I always check yard spaces before letting my dogs out for the first time and was pleased to see the yard was clean of any prior pet waste or debris that they could get into. Our stay was great and Warren was very responsive when I messaged with questions. I would definitely stay again when back in the area.

This is now the second time we have stayed here and it was as great as the first time! Clean and the location is incredibly close to everything, metto coffee and bodega, shems creek, Sullivan island, and downtown. Everything is within 15 minutes. Can’t wait to come back!
