How is the BBQ, forest bath, and astronomical observation in a green environment surrounded by nature? It takes about 3 minutes by car to Noboribetsu Onsen. [About the price] There is a rental fee until the accommodation of 4 people. From 5 people onwards, an additional fee of 3500 yen per person will be charged. [About BBQ] We have received 500 yen per person from guests with a BBQ. Please be sure to inform us in advance when using it in advance. Prohibited items are fireworks directly on the ground, fireworks after 21 o'clock (Please refrain from making loud noises such as fireworks and rocket fireworks). This building is like a fully independent two-family house. This is a small 1LDK house that is perfect for 2 people. The host lives next door. The building is new and simple: It is a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko ski resort area. Bedroom 1, 2 beds. The room is a 1LDK, and is recommended for up to 2 people. One pet is allowed (pet fee 2,000 yen.Only potty trained children allowed) You can check in and check out by self check-in. It is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town.It is definitely a place where you need a car to go shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes drive to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Classic Cozy Cottage

This is the old house in the villa area. You can enjoy bonfires and BBQ in the backyard (during snow-free season). In calm morning, woodpeckers may wake you up after you oversleep. Recommended for travelers who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy Niseko's nature and activities. The nearest ski resort (Annupuri International Ski resort), popular backcountry areas, and hot springs are a 10-minute drive away. There is no public transportation, so please bring a car.

One building rental accommodation facility There are jacuzzi baths and semi-open-air baths where you can enjoy hot springs as much as you want, and you can enjoy welcome coffee on the wooden deck with a roof. In the jacuzzi bath, you can use hot springs and air blows and jet baths. The semi-open-air bath can be enjoyed by a family (5-6 people). All rooms have central heating and FF-type kerosene heaters (1st floor living room, separate) to keep the rooms warm and comfortable even in winter.

The entire house is available for private accommodation. A Japanese-style room with a double bed is ideal for 1–2 guests, and up to 5 people can stay using 3 futons and the bed. Surrounded by a large garden, it’s quiet and peaceful. Located on a steep hill—access by car is recommended. The kitchen, toilet, and shower room are private. A desk and chair are provided, making it suitable for long stays and remote work. Please note there is no air conditioning—fans are provided. Dog friendly!

You can drive to Noboribetsu Onsen Town and Upopoi Ainu museum about 20 min each.(different direction) About 1 hour drive to Toya lake, 50min drive from New Chitose airport, up to 16 guests can stay at the house. You can rent entire house by only one group, there is key box in the entrance of the house, you can take the key by yourself and check in and check out to return the key at the original place. You can park 3 cars in the yard of the house for free.
