Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. Roof top terrace features outdoor shower with beautiful tiles, bbq and lounge area.

Impresionante apartamento en chalet con jardín a pocos pasos del mar. La casa ofrece finos acabados y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unas agradables vacaciones. El jardín se finalizará en breve. Hay tres espacios independientes en la villa. Cada uno tiene su entrada y patio independientes, el jardín se comparte con el resto de la villa. Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo. l appartamento è situato a circa 300 dal mare in una zona strategica dove persiste la tranquillità della natura.. viene prenotato tantissimo da persone anche per tanti mesi dell' anno perché sono amanti del mare del relax e del nostro clima eccezionalmente caldo quindi non esitare a rigenerare il tuo corpo la tua mente e il tuo spirito in questo posto magnifico incontaminato con mare cristallino e spiaggie mozzafiato

Appartamento a picco sul mare, solo qualche gradino per raggiungere la piccola spiaggia sotto casa, grandi vetrate e grandi lucernari sul soffitto illuminano gli spazi. Rilassatevi sul terrazzino e godetevi il suono delle onde o gli spettacolari tramonti ogni sera diversi. La casa è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Marina con tanti ristoranti, pizzerie e gelaterie. 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro storico, con la piazza ricca di ristoranti, gelaterie e negozi di alimentari.

In the historic centre - Perfect for smart working

The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wifi, tv, and a big panoramic balcony. Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.
