Eingebettet in ein wunderschönes Tal im Pfälzer Wald, Nahe der südlichen Weinstraße, liegt der Modenbacher Hof, ein denkmalgeschütztes Anwesen, dessen Geschichte sich bis ins Jahr 1720 nachverfolgen lässt. Erlebt bei uns die Jahreszeiten von der Obstblüte im April bis zur Apfelernte im Oktober, die bunten Wälder im November und das ruhige Tal im Winter zum Winterwandern und Wohlfühlen am Kamin. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für euer Famielentreffen, kleine Feiern und Gruppenurlaube.

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to terrace, yard and garden, there is a barbecue station with large new Rösle gas grill & the barn that can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber framing with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Enjoy your stay in the historic property from 1750, which has been restored with great commitment and has received the State Monument Award. I am your hostess with a heart and look forward to great guests, including internationally. As a native Frenchwoman who grew up in the USA, I am of course also trilingual. E-bikes can be charged free of charge in the courtyard. We ourselves ride from time to time by e-bike to France, over a beautiful route with great views.

Our local mountain, the "Kleine Kalmit" was awarded "Best Weblick" in 2020. The area offers you different activities in close proximity to the property

The lovingly furnished apartment with four rooms is centrally located in Neustadt an der Weinstraße in an apartment building. The train station is a 5-minute walk away and a bus stop with connections to the surrounding villages, Hambach Castle and the city center is right outside the door. The apartment is the perfect starting point for hiking, biking or a city stroll. The Palatinate Forest and vineyards are 15 minutes walking distance.

This studio apartment is our newest addition to our little estate. It's perfect for the adventurous, especially hikers and cyclists needing a peaceful place to stay. Our 400 year old estate, originally a winemaker's estate, is located under the Saint Anna Kapella in the charming village of Burrweiler. We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights.

Our exceptional tiny house is located on a large property with old trees and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding nature. Our tiny house has a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in front of a panoramic window, a sleeping level accessible via a spiral staircase, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna in a separate building. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

Bei gutem Wetter lässt man es sich im Garten gutgehen und startet die Wandertouren direkt ab Hof.
