The spacious apartment is located in the basement of our house with a separate entrance. The house is located on a low-traffic street in a residential area. The area is therefore very quiet. From here you can wonderfully explore the cycling and hiking trails of Wöllstein and the surrounding area. The cities of Bad Kreuznach and Alzey are each only 15 minutes away. Via the good highway connection A61/A60/A63 you can also get to the Rhine/Main area quite quickly.

Our exceptional tiny house is located on a large property with old trees and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding nature. Our tiny house has a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in front of a panoramic window, a sleeping level accessible via a spiral staircase, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna in a separate building. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

We offer a small guest room in our cozy romantic farmhouse. The room is located in our barn and is equipped with a shower and sink. The toilet is located separately in the courtyard. The kitchen in the separate seminar house can also be used. The cozy courtyard invites you to linger. Also ideal for hikers, cyclists or motorcyclists in transit. Recently, we have a paid electric car charging station / wallbox in the yard.

Lovingly expanded holiday apartment with natural materials and wall heating, in a small quiet village near the city of Meisenheim, surrounded by lots of nature and forest. For 2–4 guests The former congregation of the original farm has been lovingly converted into a spacious attic apartment by us. The apartment, built into the gable, exudes a very special charm. In the 100 sqm apartment there are two bedrooms with double beds, a baby bed and a large living room with open, fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with wall heating.
