Welcome to Madera! Spectacular newly renovated two-story penthouse, with a 50-meter ground floor, an attic with a 30-meter bathroom and a large 20-square-meter terrace. The house is located on the 4th floor of a historic wooden building without an elevator, on one of the quietest streets in Malasaña in the heart of Madrid and a few meters from Gran Vía. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Animals (cats, dogs) are prohibited.

Is a penthouse, has a tinny bathroom, separate small kitchen, quite big bedroom with 1,35 x 1 90 size bed, small living room with sofa & terrace. Is spotless, tidy, freshly painted with good maintenance. It has been renovated in August 2023. Very cosy, bright, good energy, quiet and very simply place.

El Escorial House

House in the quiet residential area of El Escorial. You'll love my place because of the nice own garden and paths around the house and how close El Escorial Monastery. My accommodation is good for families with children, pets, and groups.
