This place was wonderful, Peaceful,quiet,private beach , everything described in listing. I would definitely stay here again! The view was picture perfect! Location was everything you would want .

Wonderful condo and location! Condo had everything you needed for the kitchen to cook/eat in as well as everything you needed for the beach….Umbrellas, coolers and beach chairs. Location was perfect. Coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins each morning. And beach was literally steps away! Would definitely recommend. We did have a slight air conditioner issue but they were quick to fix. Thank you…. Will be coming back!

Lisa was a great host, and was super responsive when we had an issue with the laundry machines. She had them replaced within the day, and was great about the situation. Would love to stay in her place again, and can't wait until we can can get back to St Pete Beach.

This was our second year to stay in the same unit in Casey Key. We had the same issues with the TV and lights as we did the previous year. Due to that nothing was done, we did bring it up. Natalie acknowledged the issue and was able to secure a small refund. We plan to visit again next year. We love the unit and the area! It was nice to meet our hosts and engage in conversation.

Donald was very responsive a d helpful. The place has a great view and is right on the beach. The unit was immaculate and comfortable with all the amenities needed for a week’s stay. It even has a storage unit with a cart to bring the chairs, umbrellas and other beach toys that he provided for our use. There are several restaurants within walking distance and a few right on the beach. We went parasailing and it is also within walking distance to their dock. It was a fabulous week in paradise.

Been to Siesta several times and this by far was the best location. Very clean, and the view was 100% the greatest to wake up to. We def will return next year, if not sooner. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

Beautifully appointed 3rd floor space. Amazing view of the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Walkable to restaurants, shopping and bars. Sandy pathway from the rear of the home lands you right on the beach (the end that is less congested). The interior has a large open comfortable living space. Great linens and a comfortable king size bed. Bathroom is large and spacious as well. You won't be disappointed if you book this space for your time at the beach!

The stay was fantastic and even as locals looking for a beach weekend, we enjoyed the space. Loulia was wonderfully communicative, and even apologetic about some construction due to the two hurricanes that hit our area last year. Easy to walk from the beach from the unit, and felt safe at night. Next time we are looking to have a beach weekend, we’ll definitely check to see if the space is available again! Awesome host and thanks for everything (including the delicious coffee)!!

David's listing was in a great location, very close to Anna Maria Island. The views are as the picture shows, and there is plenty to do in the area. The bikes provided were a bonus to explore the at least two nearby preserves and hiking trails. There are nearby public beaches, one is on the other side of the island and can possibly be biked to and the others are right over the bridge into the island. I appreciated David's responsiveness when I had questions. He was helpful and wanted to make our stay enjoyable.

The place was great! Very comfy. The best part was the it had a pool and direct beach access. Not to mention she had a lot of great beach/pool items in the condo that we could use!

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

We loved our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and in an awesome location. We enjoyed our short walks to the beach, park, shops and restaurants. Loved that we could enjoy it with our dog too. Our host was friendly, helpful and responsive. Will definitely try to stay here again and highly recommend it.

If you’re considering staying in Treasure Island, this is the place to stay. The room was absolutely beautiful from the balcony view to the very nice room. The staff was also very friendly and the building was kept clean. The Tiki bar and the pool that is connected to the hotel are also very nice and the drinks and food were reasonably priced. The amentities inside the room were also great, multiple beach chairs and a large cooler and some beach towels and a umbrella which was very nice to have. The beach was 10 feet from the hotel and a small 150ft walk to the water. If we come back to Treasure Island, we will certainly be staying here again!

We love studying at Kristen’s unit. The location is amazing and there is so much to do within walking distance. The beach is right across the street and the pool is a great way to end your day

This was GREAT! It was our first visit to this beach and this place made it so easy! The space its self was beautiful and clean and plenty of room for us and the location was an easy drive into the village for fun every night! Eric thinks of everything from parking for easy access to the beach, beach gear, toiletries, the works! Eric was so kind, gave tons of information that made it easy to find the area and navigate the space, and went above and beyond even replacing the TV during our visit when it stopped working. I would absolutely recommend and here’s hoping my family and myself get to visit again soon!

We originally booked this location (Jamaica Royale), but it was impacted by Hurricane Milton. We were a little disappointed that it was still listed as available, even though it very much was not, as it was still being cleaned up/repaired. However, we were incredibly thankful that Adam responded almost immediately and got us into another location nearby (Palm Bay Club). While not as well appointed and modern as the place we originally booked (and with no beautiful views at all--just the roof of the building beside us), it was situated in a great location near the beach, and very clean and comfortable. Both condos are in VERY conveniently located though--downtown Sarasota is a quick 10 minute drive away, the fine white sand beach is a 5 minute walk, and it's a quiet residential area. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly book with Adam again. He was incredibly responsive and helpful, and we had a great experience, all things considered!

This was our second year staying here. The view is amazing!! It is very clean and well stocked.

Our first visit to AMI. We loved the condo and being right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets right from our deck. Perfect condo for a couple. Walkable to local restaurants and Bridge Street area. We did not rent a car and used the free trolley and even Uber to go to dinner on LongBoat Key. Great stay. We hope to come back.
