There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

The cozy 1-room apartment is located on the second floor in the historic Villa Laur, which was renovated by us with much love in 2023. Located on the banks of the Danube and at the foot of Hohenzollern Castle, the apartment offers a central starting point for exploring Sigmaringen and the surrounding area. Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

Our apartment "Hans" is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Hausen im Tal in the nature park "Obere Donau". If you want to go hiking or climbing on foot, if you want to get on your bike or simply want time to enjoy, this is the place. The apartment is in the attic. In the house, there are two other apartments, all of which are entered through the common staircase. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining room with a kitchen that is well equipped.

The vacation apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. You will enjoy complete peace and quiet in the apartment and on the terrace. You can go for walks around the renaturalized quarry ponds and in the surrounding forests. Some of the quarry ponds have been converted into spacious, natural beaches. A bike path runs right past the house. The Upper Danube Valley, Lake Constance, and the Swabian Alb are between 10 and 30 minutes away by car.

Cosy 70 m² attic flat in a beautifully located farmhouse in the heart of the Oberes Donautal Nature Park. Start your hike or mountain bike tour right from the house. The car can also stop for climbing; the crag is in the immediate vicinity. You can go canoeing on the Danube, and the Danube Cycle Path runs about 500 metres from the house. There is plenty of space to run around and play in the large orchard meadow.
