In the house, there are two other apartments, all of which are entered through the common staircase. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining room with a kitchen that is well equipped.

A bike path runs right past the house. The Upper Danube Valley, Lake Constance, and the Swabian Alb are between 10 and 30 minutes away by car.
