Holiday rentals with beach access in Siletz River

The unit is awesome! So close to the ocean and, being the ground unit, super accessible. Really cute and homey on the inside. Hot tub was great! Connie was so nice and accommodating.

This was an awesome place to spend a few days enjoying the Oregon Coast. The condo was nicely furnished, quiet and had everything needed for a beach stay. Though we are older and couldn't do the stairs directly to the beach from the condo, the comfortable ground floor location and close by public beach access, fun shops and yummy eateries made it a great time. We hope to book again in the future. Thanks for allowing us to share your wonderful place!

We really enjoyed staying at Randy’s place. It was nice, clean and had all the amenities. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect. It’s walking distance to all the little shops and cafes at Nye Beach. I also enjoyed the large shower and rain shower head. It was very nice. The heated towel rack was nice also. We look forward to staying again next year.

This is a great place, I’ve stayed twice. Love the onsite parking, hot tub on the balcony, kitchen with everything needed. It’s very close walk to the beach, about a block away. Activity room only has a pool table and TV, would be cool to see another pool table or shuffle board added.

Absolutely worth it. Had 6 guests and we all had plenty of space. Beach access within a 2 minute walk, incredibly friendly neighbors and great places for food and clothes. Not too far from anything, plenty of hikes nearby and other beaches to visit for surfing. Loved it!!

This is a very cute place. I was in town for Newport Seafood and Wine Festival. loved our stay would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! My kid absolutely loved the bunk beds and the master bedroom had a beautiful view that we really enjoyed. It was such a thoughtful touch to have kids’ books and toys available, they kept our little one happily engaged. The home was immaculately maintained, and we truly appreciated the clean, high-quality sheets and bath towels. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable time with our family. We would definitely love to come back for a future stay!

We needed a place to stay in an emergency and Karen helped us out-- on Christmas Day! Beautiful house in a quiet community with both beach and forest views.

We had a wonderful time, the beach access is unmatched, endless entertainment for the kids. Compared to most airbnb’s, very clean, comfortable beds, and also appreciated the amenities. Host was nice enough to accommodate check in time too. Would definitely stay again in the future, highly recommend!

Stunning ocean views and comfortable, fully equipped home. So many thoughtful details and beautifully appointed. Highly recommend. Usually we had the entire beach all to ourselves . Great weather too!

Our family stayed for two nights and had a blast watching movies, playing games and walking on the beach. House has a beautiful view of the bay and the bridge. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Jerry's home was perfect for us. My 14 year old granddaughter took the loft bedroom with its own bathroom. She felt like the queen of the house. My daughter and I each had a comfy bedroom on the main floor...no extra stairs for us. The house has so many cute beach decorations and was well stocked with everything we needed. The ocean view was terrific. Thank you Jerry. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved spending time at the Sand Gate! You can't beat the location, with direct beach access. We could watch the sunset while on the beach, or view it directly from the house! Unbelievable views of the ocean! We also loved the hot tub after a day of playing outside. The house itself is old, and a bit quirky, but we had a great time nevertheless. Lori was great to communicate with when a small issue arose, and it was quickly fixed.

Not enough space to say how perfect this place was! Quiet, peaceful, spacious, clean, loaded with amenities, tastefully decorated, uncluttered, and inviting. The kitchen is well equipped, and the two fireplaces added to the restful ambiance. Just a very short walk to the beach which never had anyone on it!!!. One of the few places on the west coast where you can have a fire on the beach and although not directly next to the surf you can constantly hear it from the house. Having the outdoor gas BBQ is a bonus (although we never used it), and the surround garden is so pretty and peaceful. Ample off street parking for 3 vehicles. There is even an outside spigot to wash off those sandy feet and toys. The house is adjacent to the Oregon Park's "Sitka Sedge", one of the best hiking trails in the area which gives new meaning to the term "enchanted forest". Kayakers will enjoy Whalen Island recreation area just 1 mile from the house; just be sure to check the tide charts! Just perfect!

My family of 4 including an 8 month old and a teenager stayed here for my husbands birthday. WOW! The views are truly unbeatable, it feels like you are right on the beach. The condo was actually bigger than it looked in the photos. Having 2 full bathrooms was so nice, and the kitchen was great to have meals in. When we wanted to go out we were within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The condo is situated so centrally in Newport we had quick drives to visit all the sights. We loved our stay and look forward to hopefully coming back! The only thing we noticed is that the parking lot needs to be repainted, it was a little difficult to see the assigned spot numbers.

We really enjoyed this quiet Nye Beach condo. It was clean and well equipped in all areas. Excellent communication with the host and a view that can't be beat. It is just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and other Nye Beach shops. We look forward to coming back.

We loved this place for a number of reasons. It is an old classic resort style setting with two small bedrooms and small living area - but perfect for us and our pooch. Fantastic views that allowed you to look down at waves crashing against rip-rap barrier/retaining wall. Nice porch that acts as a sound board amplifying the sound of the waves. Proposal rock can be viewed from porch rail. Elevation of porch is about 25-30 feet above beach so visual distance into the ocean is extended. Extra cozy with a fire burning; and an artificial starting log was provided daily - a nice touch. Host and management team were very responsive and pleasant. We will be back.

We had such a great time can’t wait to come again. Everything had all the amenities of home we absolutely loved it.

We loved how close it was to the bay and the beach. The IGA grocery store one block away. Along with the Glass store and restaurants. We saw seals, Bald eagles, and a large flock of seagulls. Our walk along the ocean beach was unique in that you can walk out to the mouth of the river. We had a fire on the beach and watched the sun set. Would definitely love to come back to this lovely condo and stay longer. Great value.

This rental was great, the beachfront view was absolutely gorgeous. Having Direct access to the beach was also really nice. The condo looked even better in person than the pictures. Only downside is super loud upstairs neighbors but that's not the hosts fault.

Again, we had a perfect mini-vacay! I love this little-slice-of-heaven condo! We walked everywhere. The food court was great, the weather was typical beach weather...but who cares, we had a blast. The beds are VERY comfortable. The view of the estuary & beach are peaceful. I love the easy beach access, too. Great hosts; they respond quickly and are very accommodating. We will be back soon, that's for sure!

It was a great place to stay with a great view. Very nice when me and my family walked in it was very relaxing and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place.
