Townhome holiday rentals in Siletz River

Brian was extremely helpful in getting us information to get in and feel at home. Everything was just as stated and we were able to enjoy a wonderfully relaxed weekend with extended family. The rental was in a very quiet area, yet close to some of the main places in town.

Great location. The home was comfortable family friendly. Very accommodating. Host was very communicative. Great place to make family memories.

Such a perfect townhouse. View is amazing, well stocked with essentials, and quiet location. You can hear traffic on the 101, but it wasn’t an issue for us. You can actually hear the ocean a good amount of the time, and the trail to the beach is well marked and maintained by the HOA. Would 100% stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay and we had everything we needed. There was a minor problem with one of the shower faucets, but they came at our convenience and fixed it. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Pacific City!

I love the place for my daughters family of 3 ! The house is cozy. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom is clean. A lots of kids and cookbooks and sand toys plus 4 bicycles ;) I especially love how convenient the location is, so walkable to every where! I wish I have a place like this in town. Thank you so much!!!

My friend and I had a great stay here. I so appreciate a well stocked kitchen and bath. The communication leading up to and before checkout was really great. Everything was as described. Comfy beds and even a nice view of the ocean. I look forward to staying here again.

This place was exactly what we were looking for, came to Newport for clamming which is less than 5 minutes from the house. Views are amazing and it’s on a quiet street. The two bedrooms were very nice. The couch sofa not comfortable at all but we would come here again without hesitation. The bay window was the most wanted seat.

Very responsive host, great location and clean new house!

We stayed in the unit for only one night. Wish we had stayed longer to take full advantage of all the amenities. Everything was super clean, and exactly as pictured in the photos. We were in one of the middle units so I imagine the very first unit has the best view and is the most private. Other than that, our stay was perfect and we had everything that we could possibly need.

Had a fun weekend! Definitely will be coming again!

If this home is available, book it. You won’t be disappointed! We are fairly well traveled, Airbnb hosts. Upon entering Sharla’s we were pleasantly surprised. Beach homes can often feel dated and over used, but this home is not that. Linens feel fresh and new, beds and furnishings top notch and we slept incredibly well. Sharla’s home went above and beyond expectations. She has thought of every detail! We have only applause for this fabulous property. Thank you Sharla. We most certainly will be back!

We had a fantastic stay in Lincoln City. The location is perfect being near the beach access and walkable to shops and restaurants. It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in good working. order. Cute beach decor and many amenities were available to use.

Neil and Sue are great hosts and their home is so clean, cozy and beautiful. Clutter free. Has everything you could need for cooking; utinsels, plates, pots and pans, coffee maker, keurig, creamer, spices, etc. Cozy blankets in living room and bedrooms. Sliding glass doors in living room and master bedroom with a beautiful view of the golf course. Beautiful private patio outside by living room and view of golf course and a nice deck outside of the master bedroom upstairs. I highly recommend staying there. Neil and Sue respond quickly when you message them. I will definitely be back. Thank you Neil and Sue for your hospitality. Very much appreciated!!

we had 6 people staying all together. there was plenty of room and the house was immaculate. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you are attending an event at the nearby casino. Dawn was a great host and communicated perfectly.
