Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

Savage Cabin- Ocean and Estuary Nature Retreat

Our 1962 cabin might be in the best location on the Oregon Coast! At the base of Cascade Head, the cabin is in the Salmon River Estuary with a view of three rocks, the Ocean, and a secret "boat access only" beach. Cascade Head is a UNESCO biosphere reserve, with most of the area protected state, federal and Nature conservancy lands. Enjoy this remote nature-lovers paradise. Fish for salmon or crab out the front door, or canoe or kayak. The cabin is up two flights of stairs, in the canopy.

There are lots of things to do in Lincoln city: shop at the outlet mall, gamble at the casino, take a culinary class, go to the local museum, check out a hike, take a surf lesson, or just hang at the house and watch the wales, surfers and waves from one of our two decks. Bad weather? Just cozy up to the fireplace and watch the storm.
