Our cottage has an open loft style floor plan. Spacious, quiet, and light filled. 1.5 baths and 2 stories. Modern and elegant finishes on everything. Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house. Private parking right in front of the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.

Amenities include TV, DVDs & player, books & games, wi-fi, grill, use of canoe, kayak, bikes & rubber boots. And there lots of animals to visit!

The Creamery

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

"Cozy Cottage"

The cottage is a cozy space set in a garden in a neighborhood (that does have weeds). This is a two story cottage with the queen bed on the main floor along with a kitchen and an open loft/meditation room on the second floor. The kitchen stove is vintage and the oven is running hot so please do not use. The kitchen and bed are all in one room, so please be mindful of what you cook (ie oily geoduck isn't a good choice for this setup). There is not a fan on the stove.

The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood minutes walk from Morgan Junction (restaurants, coffee shops, grocery shopping), Lincoln Park (trails, green spaces galore, and a water front path), and Lowman Beach. The cottage offers peek a boo views of the Sound to enjoy with your morning coffee.

Incredible waterfront escape for 2 adults. Quaint cottage a few dozen feet from the water's no bank beach. Watch the boat traffic, State ferries, wildlife or the occasional whale.
