Stay near the sea in Brantevik on Österlen

The location of the house is perfect for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rocky swimming areas, wonderful white beaches nearby. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed for free. Our guest house is located in a village with several restaurants/cafés that are mainly open in the summer. You'll like the little charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150 meters from the beach. The accommodation is best suited for couples or small families.

Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a common comment we've received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with a clear marine feel in New England style. The floor plan is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has some privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamn ship is a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull. The beds have reading lamps and electrical outlets for charging. Electric vehicle charging. Sauna and pool.

Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen, close to the sea, nature, attractions and in combination with a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.
