Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Stay near the sea in Brantevik on Österlen

The location of the house is perfect for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rocky swimming areas, wonderful white beaches nearby. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed for free. Our guest house is located in a village with several restaurants/cafés that are mainly open in the summer. You'll like the little charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150 meters from the beach. The accommodation is best suited for couples or small families.

Brygghuset Hagestad, a former microbrewery in Österlen, offers a newly renovated guest house in boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 minutes walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik on Eklaholm & Reunion shop/café. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice dining experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the area. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km to ICA, pharmacy, etc. Bed linens & towels are included. The view

Welcome to this guest house in the middle of the beautiful fishing villages of Vik and Baskemölla. It is 150 meters to a fantastic sandy beach and sea view from the patio. Skåneleden borders the plot and the nearest golf course is a quarter of an hour's walk away as well as the nearest grocery store. The guest house has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Hob and dining area as well as toilet and shower in open solution. Gas grill and garden furniture are included. Sheets and towels can be rented.

Cozy cottage in the middle of Brösarp.

In the middle of Brösarp is our cottage in a quiet and scenic setting. The cottage is in close proximity to our dwelling house. It is walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA store and to the many hiking trails found in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. In the cottage there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass porch. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bicycles can be borrowed.

Detached guest house in a charming environment near the golf course

A stone's throw from one of Sweden's most beautiful golf courses is a converted barn of about 60 square meters with 2 bedrooms, one of which is a sleeping loft. There are 4 beds, private entrance, parking facilities for one car and it is secluded from neighbors. The stairs to the loft are steep, see picture. Dogs are very welcome as long as they are comfortable with our own dog being nearby, our dog is a 5-year-old male. The house has a small wooden deck with furniture and barbecue grill, the garden is fenced.

By the sea in Brantevik

At the beach in Brantevik is a small guest house overlooking the sea and where only a short walk separates the house from the water. Architect Bengt Lindroos. There are four single beds, two in the loft and two in a sofa bed (but the house is small for 4 adults). There is also a small kitchenette, with two hotplates, microwave and refrigerator as well as a toilet, shower and washing machine. If you need additional beds, there is a nice shed next to the house that can be rented for an additional fee.

Helt nybyggt 2022, mycket fräscht fristående gästhus på 40 kvm, 100 m från stranden. Du bor i ett skogsliknande område, med havsbrus och stranden som granne. Tar ett morgon- och/eller kvällsdopp. Kopplar av med milslånga promenader eller cykelturer (cyklar kan lånas). I detta tysta område finner du två sovrum i var ände (160 och 140cm säng), ett vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats, badrum med dusch och ett fullt utrustat kök. Snabb wifi. Trädäck samt stenlagd uteplats, matplats och grill.

Guesthouse in beautiful Ravlunda outside Kivik

Nybyggt (hösten 2023) ljust och luftigt ekohus på 30 kvm mitt i Ravlunda. Allrum med högt i tak. Sovrum med två bäddar. Loft med två bäddar. Badrum med dusch. Runt huset är det inhägnat med staket. Här finns plats för både lek och pauser i solen. Nytt för 2025 är att vi byggt ett entrétak. Vi står för sänglinne, badrumsfrotté samt ett mindre bassortiment i skafferiet. Du får även nybakat bröd under lokala surdegsbageriets öppetdagar.
