Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Stay near the sea in Brantevik on Österlen

The location of the house is perfect for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rocky swimming areas, wonderful white beaches nearby. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed for free. Our guest house is located in a village with several restaurants/cafés that are mainly open in the summer. You'll like the little charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150 meters from the beach. The accommodation is best suited for couples or small families.

Brygghuset Hagestad Österlen (Hagestad Österlen Brewery)

The Brygghuset Hagestad former microbrewery in Österlen offers a newly renovated guesthouse in a boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice food experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the corner. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km h ICA, pharmacy etc. Bed linens & towels are included. The owner lives with his 2 children in the adjacent house. Warm welcome!

Detached guest house in a charming environment near a golf course

A stone's throw from one of Sweden's most beautiful golf courses is a converted distance of about 60 square meters with 2 bedrooms, one of which is a sleeping loft. There are 4 beds, a private entrance, parking possibilities for a car and it is separated from neighbors. The stairs to the loft are steep, see picture. Dogs are very welcome as long as they are comfortable with our own dog being nearby, our dog is a 5 year old male. To the house there is a small wooden deck with furniture and barbecue, the garden is fenced.

Cozy cottage in the middle of Brösarp.

In the middle of Brösarp is our cottage in a quiet and scenic setting. The cottage is in close proximity to our dwelling house. It is walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA store and to the many hiking trails found in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. In the cottage there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass porch. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bicycles can be borrowed.

In Gladsax Manor, it is now possible to rent the cozy black guest house. Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen with close proximity to the sea, nature, sights and in combination of a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guest house is adapted for 2 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy that little extra both indoors and outdoors in the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has a total area of 50 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2

Cottage on the Hills of Grevlunda

Classic old Skåne farm with a beautiful location outside Kivik on the hills with the fields as neighbours. Two floors with sleeping loft. High standard with sauna and patios. A place for relaxation in the gardens with hammocks and for activities with badminton, etc. Direct proximity to nature, attractions and the beach 5 km away. At the same distance, Kivik, Haväng, St Olof, Brösarp. Stenshuvud, Rörum, Knäbäckshusen a 15 min drive. Beach chairs, parasols, rackets, grill etc. are available.

By the sea in Brantevik

By the beach in Brantevik is a small guesthouse overlooking the sea and where only a small walk separates the house from the water. Bengt Lindroos architect. There are four single beds, two in the loft and two in a sofa bed (but the house is small for 4 adults). There is also a small kitchenette, with two hot plates, microwave and fridge as well as a toilet, shower and washing machine. If you need additional beds, there is a nice shed next to the house that can be rented for a supplement.

Welcome to our peaceful guesthouse, in picturesque Simrislund, Österlen. The guesthouse is just steps from the sea with nearby villages to explore by bike! There are local restaurants and many charming attractions in the area. If you are looking to stay close to home for a relaxing retreat, the guesthouse is fully equipped with air conditioning, a newly renovated bathroom, and a well-appointed kitchenette. Pastoral Places Grevlunda Backar

High up in Grevlunda hills with wonderful views of meadows and Hanöbukten that glimpses on the horizon, our Attefallshus is located on a large scenic plot, a little secluded from our summer house. You're in a rural idyll. Nearby, there are wonderful excursion destinations such as swimming beaches, hiking trails, flea markets and a variety of cozy cafés and restaurants.

Neighbor with wide open fields, some curious cows and close to most of what Österlen has to offer! A quiet, harmonious home with an open plan kitchen, dining area and living room with large windows that let in nature. As we only rent out when we are not there, there is access to a large garden, a patio in the evening and a large orangery for long dinners.
