LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN The living room is equipped with a dining table that seats 16 people, a cozy TV area, a sound system, and a wood-burning stove. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, which includes a convection oven, microwave, cooktop, grill plate, and two dishwashers. Free WiFi is available throughout the house. UPPER LOUNGE The upstairs lounge is often highly appreciated by groups traveling with children. It features a pool table, TV, and two sofa beds. A perfect spot for the kids when the adults want to relax with good food and drinks downstairs. Three of the seven bedrooms are also located here. BEDROOMS The seven bedrooms are spread over two floors and each room has two comfortable spring beds. Four bedrooms are on the ground floor and three are on the upper floor. In all rooms, the beds can either be combined into a double bed or separated as two single beds. The upstairs lounge also includes a sofa bed that sleeps two. For our youngest guests, a crib is available. BATHROOMS, SAUNA, AND LAUNDRY We have five bathrooms and one sauna. Three bathrooms are located on the ground floor, while two are on the upper floor. One of the bathrooms is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer. OUTDOOR AREA At the front of the house, you’ll find a generous 50 sqm wooden deck complete with a grill area and dining space for up to 16 people—perfect for wonderful meals and socializing under the open sky. The back of the house offers a relaxed lounge area where you can enjoy an evening drink as the sun sets or take a dip in our year-round heated jacuzzi. For our younger guests, both a trampoline and a swing set are popular features, and the large lawn invites fun and play for both kids and adults alike.

The cottage is child-friendly with children's accessories. Trampoline is available. Bicycles are available to borrow. Bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: two 90 cm beds. No doors to bedrooms. Bed linens and towels are not included. No pets. Cleaning is not included. Firewood is not included. Parking space, possibility to charge electric car (separate fee). No parties allowed. Washing machine available.

Lammbacka in Österlen

Beautiful and spacious house in quiet and relaxing surroundings, 800 m to the sea. Sheep paddocks and meadows surround the house. The house is located in the small village of Örnahusen in Österlen, close to some of Sweden's best mile-longe beaches and beautiful walking paths. Lammbacka has two floors of 140 square meters with a large kitchen (fully equipped), two living rooms and four bedrooms. There is a sauna and a spa pool (5 people). The house has a new large balcony with several seats.

Welcome to a wonderful vacation home located by one of Sweden’s most beautiful beaches – Kyhls strand in Österlen. The surrounding is characterized by the beautiful, snow-white and miles long sand beach, drift hills and the beach forest. The sea bath is very shallow and therefore perfectly suited for families with children. The house is located at a 1 600 sqm lush yard with only 150 m to the beach.

The Beachpeerl, Strandperlan

From 3 July to 14 August 2027, it is rented out from Saturday to Saturday. My place is close to the beach, with many family-friendly activities. Østerlen is famous for its light. The kitchen is new, from 2022. One of the living rooms has a high ceiling. Strandperlan is suitable for couples, families (with children) and large groups. Guests enjoy Strandperlan in all seasons.
