Here you will have a good stay in two rooms and a kitchen with toilet and shower room. Possibility of 2 extra beds, i.e. a total of 6 beds. The beds are made when you arrive, both sheets and towels are included! Small cozy renovated stone house from the 19th century a stone's throw from the harbor and beaches of Vik. Small garden with sunlight from morning to night. Upstairs bedroom with a 160-cm double bed plus two children's beds (steep staircase to access). Bathroom with shower, living room, dining area and kitchen. Dishwasher. Separate guest house with a 160-cm double bed and its own WC (no hot water in the guest house). Wi-Fi is available, but there is no TV or microwave. Towels and beds are not included.

Train every hour to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost 50 SEK/day

Österlen offers its most beautiful sunset on the patio to this quiet and modern accommodation. Welcome to Lundsgård. Here you can rest in seclusion between visits to everything that Österlen has to offer. The annex has six beds (two in a sofa bed), a modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. In the bathroom there is a shower, washing machine and dryer. You park right outside. Electric car chargers are available at cost. Warm welcome!

Protected location, surrounded by forest and pastures with sheep. The house has a smaller patio, and you have free access to our garden. You reach the sea via a half-hour walk through an enchanting forest.

Newly built house from autumn 2025. An unbeatable location for exploring Österlen, right between the Österlen and Djupadal golf courses. Located on a corner plot by a cul-de-sac in an open position with a view of meadows and apple trees. "Golf in - Golf out" with the courses within walking distance from the house and garden, you can even see the golfers at the 3rd hole on Djupadal's golf course!

Östhem

Östhem is a farm just outside the village of Rörum. The farm is located next to Skåneleden, near Knäbäckshusens beach, beautiful nature and the Stenshuvud National Park. On the farm, Sandra and Rasmus live with four children, two cats and some chickens. We run a bookstore, an art gallery and a café adjacent to the farm. Östhem is surrounded by a larger apple and vineyard that we also work with.
