The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.

A simple but unique apartment at Tobisborgs Gård. A stone's throw from the sea. On the farm there is a restaurant, horses, chickens, peacocks. Dogs are, of course, welcome but must be kept on a leash. The stairs in the apartment to the upper floor are narrow and somewhat steep. Bed linen is brought with you or rented at the accommodation (SEK 100) Cleaned on arrival and left cleaned or buy cleaning (SEK 500)
