The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. The Svinahuset consists of four separate completely newly built apartments with one room and fully equipped kitchenette as well as toilet and shower. As late as the 1980s, John Jacob used this part of the farm as a swine house and who most housed around 60 pigs here. Since then, the space has been rebuilt in different stages. In 2023 and -24 this whole part was rebuilt into four modern one-bedroom apartments with its own small terrace overlooking the landscape around the farm.
