The Carriage House is attached to the owner-occupied house by a shared wrap-around porch. As you'll see from the pictures, we are up on a hill overlooking Sinclair Inlet and the majestic Olympic Mountains. We are downtown Port Orchard, so restaurants and a myriad of cute shops are just steps away, as is the the lovely waterfront. You'll have the house to yourself to relax in the serenity you deserve. You can get to and from Port Orchard by ferry from Seattle, so a getaway with no car is doable!

Enjoy the scenic Olympic Mountains from the deck, or watch the tall ships engage in mock cannon battles. Bremerton Naval Shipyard provides a backdrop with the Pacific Fleet docked across the bay. Have your own boat? Moor at beautiful Port Orchard Marina only a 5 minute walkaway. A fast ferry to Seattle- no need for a car. Watch the sun set over the Olympics, go for a scenic drive to Hood Canal, or just relax and enjoy a bottle of wine from the deck.Go for a stroll along the waterfront boardwalk.

The space is a standalone unit detached from our main house tucked off the main street, nestled amongst the cedars and firs along Mud Bay connecting to Puget Sound. The room has a full 270 degree view on the gardens and trees, queen size murphy bed, fridge, sink, microwave, wood stove and bathroom, complete with 16" outdoor rain shower.

Literally steps from the Puget Sound, you will sleep like a baby listening to the sound of the ocean waves and breeze through your window. The Little Guest House is a vintage 100 year old home nestled in a quiet neighborhood with all the modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The living areas are inviting both inside and out. There is a cozy living and dining room, full kitchen with a charming breakfast nook, and a laundry room for your use. The bathroom is small with a shower (no tub).
