La Diaichotte is a pleasant family villa located on the Corniche Vendéenne in Sion sur l'Océan. Built in 1938 on a fully enclosed 700 m2 lot, its interior was completely renovated in 2015-2016. Its location facing the sea – southwest orientation – will allow you to enjoy stunning sunsets. And if you're lucky, you might even see the "Green Ray"... As for the environment, the "Petite Plage de Sion" is 150 m away and the "Grande Plage de Sion" is 1 km away. And if fishing tempts you, the rocks in front of the villa, which are uncovered at low tide, will allow young and old to tease shrimp, crabs, spiders and periwinkles. For your walks, the Corniche will welcome you on foot or by bike, from the "5 Pineaux" to "Pilhours", rocks located at sea. And if the weather is not good, you can go to the forest sheltered from the wind. As for excursions, a day at the Île d'Yeu (boat departure 5 km away), the Passage du Gois (submersible road at high tide) to discover the Île de Noirmoutier. It is also a 10-minute drive from St Gilles Croix de Vie with its shops, fishing port, little train, restaurants and shuttle to Ile d'Yeu. No pets allowed.
