Everything is within walking distance for this 27 m² apartment 200 m from Boisvinet beach, its huts, restaurants and sailing school... Close to shops. The apartment is on the first floor (no elevator) of a small quiet condominium in a cul-de-sac. It is fully equipped and has just been renovated. It is suitable for a couple and 1 or 2 children. You can store bikes or surfboards in the common laundry room. In July and August, we rent by the week. (7 nights)
