Wake up with the birds singing! House very bright, quiet, ecological materials, in a hamlet. Nice decor. Garden, open view, 2 terraces with garden furniture, barbecue, trampoline, ping-pong table, swimming pool, intimist balcony. Clim. Cozy corner "home cinema". Central location to visit the Perigord and very close to the beach (Dordogne river-supervised by a lifeguard). Neat home. All amenities in the village: perfect for a family holiday or a romantic break!
