The home is immediately adjacent to Tomar Park soccer fields, tennis courts, and the bike trails (one of the most underrated assets to Sioux Falls). The home has a real bed for each guest so everyone can wake up rested and ready for fun. From hot tub and fire table to foosball, this rental has something for everyone!

We have a beautiful cabin/home overlooking the Big Sioux River and Klondike Falls. This area has been on KELO-land news showcasing the many Eagles whose habitat is directly in front of our home. No need for a fan for white noise here as you can relax on the deck and listen to the water rushing over the Klondike Dam below. Most of the interior has been constructed from reclaimed lumber from the 1900s but also with all the modern conveniences you'd expect. 3 bedroom, 2 baths - can sleep 8.
