Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Sioux Falls

I've stayed at another one of Matt's properties in the past and they never disappoint. Matt and his wife do such a great job of paying attention to the details. This home was stylish, comfortable, and met all of our needs. Having grown up in the neighborhood and actually seeing the home prior to them buying and renovating, the transformation is beyond amazing. I would highly recommend this, as well as any other property that Matt and his family manage, you will not be disappointed. I very much hope to be able to stay at this property again in the future.

Lisa’s place was very nice and relaxing. We liked that everything was labeled or “dummy proof”! She was very kind and accommodating to us with our slightly chaotic situation. Definitely recommend staying here and it’s also in a nice neighborhood within distance of many stores and restaurants! :)

Great house in the historic district, walking distance to downtown but yet incredibly peaceful and quiet. Beautiful trees and lot of small wildlife always around the house (squirrels, bunnies…), a great feeling everyday to open the windows. Awesome neighbors. The house is equipped with everything you need for a long stay, including kitchen stuff. It has a centralized heating system that takes some time to figure out but it is very effective as we always felt very warm inside the house. There is a lot of space in the house, several rooms and an awesome spacious basement in case you need to workout. It’s an old but very well preserved and improved house. We will return to Sioux Falls and hopefully this house will be available, because we don’t want to stay anywhere else.

Will be staying here again when visiting Sioux Falls. Walkable distance to everything downtown, didn’t have to waste any gas. Clean home and comfortable stay!

It was a wonderful place to stay. Lots of room for a small house. The host was terrific in helping us with anything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to downtown and the highway. The home was clean, well stocked with the necessities, the layout is very smart and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Only one suggestion is to have salt and pepper stocked. Would love to stay here again.

Perfect spot for our family of 6; walkable to pick up a rental car, attend our event at Our Saviors Lutheran and close to great shopping and restaurants; communication was great!

It is a great place to stay while visiting Sioux Falls. Close to Both colleges and restaurants and stores. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Judys place for the week while I was working in town, and I had everything I needed! I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen so I could cook my own meals, and she included laundry detergent and dryer sheets so I could do a load of laundry while I was there. The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. I had wifi issues while I was there, and Judy was quick to respond and fix the problem immediately. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place is very clean and nicely appointed. We arrived late and Leah turned on lights inside and outside for us so we didn’t have to fumble with the key in the dark. It is an easy drive to the Sanford Premier Center and Howard Wood Field as well as very close to downtown. We enjoyed the Manna Bakery a block away. They had amazing breakfast burritos! Loved our stay here!

What a nice and cozy home nestled in a great central Sioux Falls neighborhood! The home was well appointed and had everything I needed. Sara was a great host and was sure to follow up with any questions that came up. We will definitely be booking this home again for our future trips to Sioux Falls.

John's place was perfect for us and our animals! We liked having a walking park very close by!

Mel's place is a lovely little gem on the south side of Sioux Falls. The home is extremely cute and comfortable, with ample work and play space and an enclosed back yard for small kids or pets.

The Airbnb felt welcoming and over all was very clean. They included clear instructions of the location, parking, and expectations. The place was present as shown in the picture. I would most definitely stay at one of their locations again.

Excellent stay at a wonderful place! We were able to have a relaxing and comfortable weekend together with friends and family and this listing provided the perfect setting and was absolutely true to its description and had everything we needed. Our host Autumn was not only highly responsive whenever we communicated with her but also helpful, professional, and clear in her communication. Every aspect of the stay exceeded our expectations and I would stay again without hesitation!

Great host and great place to stay! Great amenities for a long or short stay. We came to visit family right down the road and enjoyed having them over to the hot tub. Responsive and helpful host. Everything was clean when we arrived.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Sanford Pentagon and this location couldn’t have been better. Easy drive, less than 10 minutes, to get to the tournament site which made it very convenient. Appreciated having a kitchen so we could prepare breakfast each morning and then have a place to pack snacks and lunch for the day. The hot tub was out of service when we were there, which was disappointing but Craig called and left a message that day with the update and explanation, which was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area again.

I return to stay in Robert and Teresa’s place for so many reasons. First of all they (including Miranda) understand the importance of offering a fragrance free place and are so helpful with whatever is needed. The decor is so homey and cozy but not overdone like some Victorian places. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen so you can prepare whatever you want, but there are so many great restaurants in Sioux Falls you might not cook much. I will definitely be returning again and again.

This place is awesome! Super cozy and felt right at home! The host, Matt, was extremely polite and made the process stress free! Will definitely recommend this place!

I would recommend the Brady House to anyone. the house was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, plenty of blankets and pillows and anything else you need. and it was so nice to have a great washer and dryer., with soap provided. plenty of plates, glasses, pans and utensils in the kitchen. the house sits in a peaceful area. my family and I had a wonderful stay there, I wish it could have been longer. Kayla was always readily available also.

We had a wonderful stay! Such a beautiful, cozy home and everyone had their own space in the home. Would highly suggest and stay here again!
