Little Pearl, big time experience :)) The place is a cute and cosy gem situated in the middle of nature’s bounty. A truly special and most recommended experience!

Absolutely recommended! The apartment is discreetly embedded in the hilly landscape and is very stylish and modernly furnished, you immediately notice that the hosts have put their thoughts and effort into it. Emmet and Antigoni are incredibly kind and helpful, you feel immediately welcome. The pool and views of the Psiloritis mountains and Messara plain are fantastic. The beautiful village of Sivas with tavernas, cafes and two mini markets is just a 5 minute walk away. I stayed with my 11 year old son for 10 days, the apartment is perfect for that, we were both totally thrilled. I give 8 out of 5 points!

We will host the upcoming Crete vacation according to the availability of this house. Here taste is fused with coziness and wonderful country house design. You enter the house through a yard planted with a lemon tree and a pomegranate tree. A summer kitchen and covered terrace complete the outdoor area on the ground floor. Two entrances lead to the spacious living-dining area. Below the stairs, there is the guest toilet. Another terrace with wonderful distant views of snow-covered mountains, two bedrooms and a bathroom, complete this house.

From the beginning the communication was great: proactive, responsive and ensured that we were aware of where the villa was situated, what was in the surrounding area and what to expect at that time of year. (It was at the end of the season). Throughout our stay Michael was helpful with local knowledge and information, quickly finding the answers to any questions we had. (We used Sivas as a base to travel the island). The villa itself was immaculately decorated, spotlessly clean with a lovely roof terrace. Fantastic place, fantastic host and a fantastic holiday!
