We bought this absolutely centrally located 25 sqm one room flat in 2016. It definitely was love at first sight :-) Its location in the pedestrian area is unique: the flat is less than 50m away from the bustling streets of Sanary's old town and yet very quiet, facing a lovely small square. We put lots of efforts and care into fully refurbishing the flat in 2020, to make it your perfect holiday pick, both functionally and emotionally. The flat could accomodate two adults plus one small child.

28 m² apartment, air-conditioned, right by the water, with exceptional 180° sea view, with the Embiez on the left, the coves opposite, the bay of Bandol and Sanary on the right, and every evening, the magical sunset show... No noise pollution, just the sound of the waves from Rayolet Beach (supervised beach with direct access). Port du Brusc and shuttle to Les Embiez nearby. Comfortable apartment (Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso, etc.) with private parking space.

The apartment, quiet, located off the road, offers partial sea view, secure private parking space. It is in the immediate vicinity of shops, a 2-minute walk from the port, 5 minutes from the beach and the pier for the Embiez Island. 140 cm bed on sofa bed, Rapido type, very comfortable, slatted bed base and 16 cm mattress. The peninsula

'La Gaou' is our family home located 100 m from the coast facing the Embiez archipelago and right next to the Gaou Islands. These natural spaces are sources of inspiration as the landscapes change according to the sun's path and climatic conditions. On the first floor of our villa, the apartment called 'La Presqu'île' intended for our visitors, offers a real balcony over the Brusc lagoon and views of the open sea.

Sanary sur mer- All on foot

We offer a charming freshly renovated studio in downtown Sanary. Comfortable at will, you will enjoy quality bedding, new. A 3-minute walk from the marina, you will be ideally located to enjoy what Sanary has to offer. Shops are nearby too. For parking, there are free parking spaces very close by. If needed, there is a 36 euro weekly subscription to the Esplanade parking lot 5 min walk.
