Directly to Kattegat and with a large natural plot, you will find this year-round usable and insulated log house. Filled with all modern comforts and furnished with 3 rooms in the main house as well as a new (2023) annex. There are also 2 toilets. The house oozes cottage atmosphere and invites you to many hours with a fire in the wood stove, pancakes in the belly and many scenic kilometers on your feet. For example, follow the path along the property, all the way to the farthest point of northwest Zealand. Or how about a quick dip in the sea?

Unique accommodation - close to beach and forest.

On the lovely Halsnæs close to Lynæs , this unique home is rented out in the middle of a flower garden. It has been newly renovated, respecting the house's 170-year history, and includes a kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The property is not suitable for children under the age of 12. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children could be seriously injured if they fell down.

Outdoors, the house offers a large terrace with a private wilderness bath, sauna and outdoor shower. Indoors there is a cinema, billiards, table tennis and table football - perfect for both relaxation and fun. In addition, 5 spacious bedrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Top-class nature experiences with 300m to the forest and 2 km to Denmark's best beach. We can't wait to welcome you in.

Super cozy and functional tiny house in the beautiful nature of Sjællands Odde, just 500 m from the beach. Despite its only 26 m², the house features a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and a cozy living room with a dining area. There is a charming orangery, and the lovely grounds with both a Terrace, a shelter, and a fire pit invite to many hours in the peaceful nature. Important Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented for DKK 50 person Duvets and pillows are provided for 4

Tiny beach house with sauna

A dream gem located privately in the pine forrest just a few steps from the ocean and our wonderful panoramic ocean sauna. The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. Huset har 4 soveværelser og plads op til 9 gæster + babyseng. Tre værelser har dobbeltsenge, og det fjerde har en dobbeltseng og en enkeltseng - ideelt for familier flere par. Ca. 10 minutters gang til stranden.

Med 300m til Sejrøbugtens sandstrande ligger sommerhuset perfekt til naturoplevelser hele året. Vi har indrettet sommerhuset til hygge og afslapning. Med brændeovn, en stor hjørnesofa og en stor spiseplads kan selv dårligt vejr og vinteren nydes i sommerhuset. Den private have, bålstedet, en overdækket terrasse og et charmerende orangeri gør det nemt at nyde udelivet og lange aftener med venner og familie året rundt. Vi har en 1-årig og 4-årig og derfor en masse legetøj til rådighed.

A peaceful place surrounded by tall birch trees with the ocean moments away, this home is sure to connect you with the elements of nature while inviting a sense of calmness. Perfect for those looking to slow down and have calm, quiet days. The closest beach is a 5min walk away but the area offers a variety of beautiful beaches. Tir bakery is within walking distance along with Olga’s grill and ice cream shop and the local town of Havnebyen is 5km away which has all your shopping needs.

Cozy little cottage on the tip

Cozy little cottage in the middle of green tranquility and wild nature. The garden is teeming with butterflies, criss-crossed by paths and featuring a fire pit – plus a trampoline that can accommodate both children and adults (currently packed away). Within walking distance to the beach on both sides of Gniben and only 5 minutes by car to Havnebyen where there are restaurants and Zealand's best fish shop. All in all, a place to settle down. Perfect for a couple or family.

Sea view / Sauna w. view / First line to the beach

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Personal and renovated in respect of the house's origin in the 70s. Large, open kitchen-living room in connection with the living room. Exit to large terrace and sun on the property from morning to evening. Scenic area close to the harbor town and the ferry.

New family-friendly house near the sea - 200m

Lovely newly built cottage located on the branch of Zealand's Odde. The area is natural and quiet, and is known for having one of the most beautiful sunsets, as well as wildlife that brings the wild animals close by. The cottage is only 200 meters from the beach where there is lovely bathing water. 50 meters down the beach there is also a bathing bridge.
