The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. Great for hiking along the beach, go for a walk/run and enjoy the nature. You will enjoy one big bathroom, two bedrooms, each with super king bed (180x200cm), last bedrom with bunk bed. Great kitchen/living room-area for the whole family. 600m away from the awesome Tir Bakery, and only 5km from Havnebyen, you have all you need for a perfect chilled stay.

A lovely holiday home with sea view and only 200 meters to the beach. The house is furnished as we wish to have a summer house. Here you immediately feel at home and can have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The house has a bright and lovely living room with access to the terrace and lawn. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is a large bathroom with shower, whirlpool and sauna, and a smaller with shower. The house is big enough for two families. Look forward to a relaxing stay in great nature!

A peaceful place surrounded by tall birch trees with the ocean moments away, this home is sure to connect you with the elements of nature while inviting a sense of calmness. Perfect for those looking to slow down and have calm, quiet days. The closest beach is a 5min walk away but the area offers a variety of beautiful beaches. Tir bakery is within walking distance along with Olga’s grill and ice cream shop and the local town of Havnebyen is 5km away which has all your shopping needs.

Sommerhuset `Aage`

‘Aage’ er vore dejlige rummelige sommerhus. Beliggende 6 min gang fra sejerøbugten, hvor der er badebro eller 15 min gang fra Kattegat. Vi har en skøn naturgrund med store gamle træer, hyggelige kroge og meget sol. `Aage er bygget i 70`erne men er helt opdateret indenfor de sidste par år. Der er nyere køkken, nyere brændeovn og resten er istandsat og indrettet i en blanding af nyt og retro. Der er overdækket træterrasser der skygger for sol eller skærmer for en lille byge.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

I kan nyde en lækker frokost på Havnebyens Kaffebar, besøge Ørnberg Vin, eller prøve kræfter med Sommeland Sjællands mange forlystelser. Og glem ikke at besøge de lokale loppemarkeder i Vig og Rørvig - her kan I finde alt fra antikviteter til sjove souvenirs.

Wir betreiben eine Kaffebar und lieben unsere local community in Havnebyen. Von unserem Haus aus haben wir den schönsten Blick auf das Wasser und wir genießen es, dass es im Garten viele verschiedene Liegestühle und Lesemöglichkeiten zum Entspannen gibt. Zum Strand und Hafen sind es 5 min per Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben eine 8 jährige Tochter und viel Spielzeug und Fahrräder.
