An eldorado for animal lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Forest, water and mountains. Taxi boat to Lyngør and more. 15 min drive to Tvedestrand, with 5 different grocery stores, and free outdoor water park. 4 min to convenience store.

Cabin with sun all day, views and beaches.

The cabin has two beautiful beaches and a jetty with a bathing ladder and a berth 5 minutes walk away. (Shared with 8 cabins). The cabin overlooks the sea and Tønsbergfjorden with Skjellvika, Stauper and Tjømelandet. The cabin also has an outdoor shower (also by the jetty) and an outdoor kitchen. One terrace is facing south with barbecue and sea view, the other is facing west with sunset and lake view. The cabin is well located in the terrain, on top of Stigeråsen, but still warm. 3 parking spaces. You have to be able to handle stairs.

Find peace with your girlfriend, family or good friends in this peaceful cabin. The cabin is one of about 50 cabins located in Vågsdalsfjorden cabin field in Mykland, Froland municipality. The house is about 50 m2 with porch of about 60 m2 around. Car parking spaces for 3 cars. Electric car charger. There are marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a beach with a diving board and floating jetty. Great outfield for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Possibility to go fishing in the fjord.

Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. If you ar visiting during the winter season, Gautefall, with possibilities of cross-country skiing and downhill slopes, is only a short care ride away. If your aim is to relax, then just light one of the fireplaces inside or outside and enjoy the changing landscape. Welcome!

In addition, it is close to sea bathing, fishing, paddling with our two kayaks and walking distance to our charming local restaurants (Havstenssunds Bistro and Skaldjurcaffeet). It is 8 km to Grebbestad where there is a rich selection of restaurants and shops that are open all year round.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
