The city center of Fredrikstad and the college, is only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to the free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house with a view towards Sandefjord city center. A flight of stairs is needed to get there. It is therefore not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. The apartment faces north and has some sun in the morning in summer. Proximity to many swimming beaches and outdoor areas. There is a bus stop 10 min walk from our house. 30-40 min walk to the center of Sandefjord with several restaurants and shops. Supermarket 10 min walk from our house. 2 mins by car. 15 min to Torp airport by car.
