Cosy townhouse with an enclosed garden right in the centre of Løkken. The house used to belong to my dear mother, and it's decorated with many of her things. 1 minute from restaurants and shops, 5 minutes from the white sandy beach and surf café down by the pier. The house has a new kitchen, 2 bedrooms with new beds, 2 toilets, a living room and an open-plan kitchen. The garden faces south and gets plenty of sun. There are two separate enclosed courtyards, one for the car and the other for sun loungers, a garden table, a barbecue and a parasol. Casual with charm, not brand new.

There is a delicious south-west facing terrace/patio with outdoor furniture. The location is great for those who want to enjoy Løkken's charming city life, while staying in a very quiet environment. Pets are not allowed.
