Townhouse of 122 sqm with large terrace, patio and lawn. Lower floor: kitchen, terrace with barbecue and dining table, outdoor room with lounge furniture and dining table, toilet, living room with TV. Laundry room. Upper floor: 3 bedrooms, balcony, bathroom with bathtub. Note: Bedroom 4 is not a private room, only mattresses! There are two extra mattresses+ an air mattress you can put on floors if desired. As well as a travel crib Other: playground, toys, free parking, proximity to the sea, proximity to grocery store, close to bus stop.

Townhouse close to Gothenburg & Liseberg, but also nature - Delsjö area and many exercise loops. Härlanda iron (swimming area with beach) is only a 5-minute walk from the townhouse. Closest bus stop (bus 17) about 5 minutes walk from the townhouse. In about 15 minutes you can then get into the city. Parking space belonging to the house is available, car to the city takes about 10 minutes. 3 bedrooms upstairs. Patio and small lawn with trampoline. Bed linen and towels are not included in this home. Cleaning is included.

Semi-detached house about 10 min from Gbg city. Several patios with ample room for lovely barbecue nights. On the patio find a Weber gas grill. On the terrace in the front, there is a large lounge group. A garage driveway for 2 cars. In the area there is an Ica store, a bakery, 3 pizzerias and a sushi bar. It is 5 min walk to the bus stop which takes you into the city center in about 10 min. We have a code lock that allows for no-person check-in if desired!

Charming townhouse 10 min away from Torp Airport

My townhouse is very central in one of Sandefjord's best residential areas. There is some traffic noise especially during rush hour, but calm at night. I have a lovely secluded garden with no visibility I also have an outdoor area in the front of the house where it's pretty peaceful. There is a sunny plot where you have sun from morning to evening most of the year.

Get into the city center of Gothenburg 1. 10-15min walk to bus stop "Beryllgatan". Bus 50 Brunnsgatan will take you to city center in 15 min. 2. 5 min walk to bus stop "Melongatan".
