Located in Strömstad's oldest neighborhood, Bukten, you will find this simple accommodation just over 100 meters from Strömstad's bus & train station. A steep staircase leads up to two small rooms and a toilet in the loft above our storage room/carpenter's shop (shower at the entrance). Fridge and water boiler available. Bed linen and towels are not included (available for rent SEK 100/guest). The guest cleans and throws away garbage after themselves. Pets allowed. Check yourself in with the lockbox. Check-in from 4:00 p.m. Check-out before 11:00 am

Lean back in the lovely sofa and let your eyes rest on the lake. Peaceful area with great hiking areas right outside the door. 15 min from Kristiansand city center, 3 min walk down to the area's common small cozy area of beach and jetties. Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Lägenheten ligger nära Kungälv Kode Golfbana och nära till Vadholmens badplats, samt flera olika utflyktsmål nära till hands. Lägenheten är ca 50 kvm - två rum & kök, badrum & altan. I sovrummet finns en dubbelsäng samt dagbädd och i vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa för två presoner. Boendet är avskilt och privat.

Stor luftig leilighet i nybygg. Lyse og fine soverom sammen med stue og kjøkken i loftsetasje. Flislagt gang og innbydende bad i første etasje. Sentralt plassert på strandeiendom ved Krøgeneskilen. Det går buss til byen ca hvert kvarter. I kort gangavstand fra leiligheten er Arendals ny stolthet badeøya Løkholmen (se vedlagte bilder). Det er egen trampoline, jolle, brygge og strand på tomten som deles med vertsfamilien om vi er hjemme. Ca 45 min. kjøretid til Dyreparken i Kristiansand.

Cosy loft near city center and UIA

Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.
