Enjoy the view of Kattegat from the home or terrace. Just 150 meters to a nice and child-friendly beach. Walk along the beach promenade or use the house's bicycles 3 km into Sæby harbor. The house is completely renovated and is located in a beautiful natural area. It is possible to use the facilities at the nearby campsite - mini golf, pool area, football fields and playground. The home is approximately 68 m2 with a well-appointed lower floor with kitchen-living room, as well as a bathroom. 1 floor with 4 sleeping places separated by a half wall.

When the sun goes down, a sky full of stars lights up. Hyppeln is a genuine archipelago island. A living community. One of ten inhabited islands in Öckerö. Breathtakingly beautiful both in the storm and quiet. In the marina there is a tavern, barbecue area, a small shop and on the top a fort. In the house, there is what you need in the form of cooking equipment, bed linens and towels.

We are happy to give tips for good walks, tell you where to pick oysters, (maybe) find amber or help in other ways. NOTE: Electricity, water, heating, firewood, bed linen, towels and basic food are included in the price!

On the private sun deck, you can enjoy the sun, swim in the hot tub or grill the evening's dinner. A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

There are several fantastic local restaurants and shops in the closest town Grebbestad as well.

Huset är en sommarstuga byggt 1950 och är renoverat och utbyggt 1980, renoverat igen 2000 och senaste renovering 2022. En typisk sommarstuga i rustik miljö inrett med modern kök och moderna toaletter. Inredningen är rustik och smakfullt.
