Welcome to a brand new cottage of 70 square meters and an annex of 20 square meters, located in wild nature. The house is surrounded by 165 m2 of raised terrace, and is 30 meters from Mossø, where you can regularly hear the waves crashing against the land. From the terrace, you can often see ducks, geese, herons, birds of prey, woodpeckers and other small birds, and even nightingales. The house has a common lake bottom of 1500 m2 and with 50 meters of sandy water width. Here you can put your boat, canoe, kayak or other and the fishing opportunities are really good.

The summerhouse is located in the middle of the Jewish highlands with a huge selection of nature experiences on land or in water. 20 minutes walk from the house the train stops in Alken towards Aarhus or Ry/Silkeborg. Great starting point for all types of holiday in Østjylland.

The house consists of three rooms, two of which have a double bed function, and the last has a junior bed. The house's center consists of an open kitchen room with the possibility of two extra sleeping places since the sofa can be pulled out and turned into a sofa bed. - Please note that no pillow top mattress or fitted sheet is provided. There's a big front yard with a trampoline and a secluded quiet backyard.

House in Skanderborg (160m2), just 20 min in car from Aarhus. The house has privat parking, fully equipped kitchen, living room, bath, two bedrooms, one extra room (big enough for a two person air mattress if you want), washing facilities, terrase and garden. It is walking distance from the train station and it only takes 12 min by train to Aarhus main station. It is also only 1,5 km from central Skanderborg and the Skanderborg Festival area. Groceries stores are 500m away.

Beautiful and bright house in Brabrand close to Aarhus

IMPORTANT: the app opens occasionally for rent on dates we have not marked open! The house can only be rented in week 30, 2025. Rent our house during the summer holidays. Here is really nice with a short distance to both beach, forest and hiking trails. Close to shopping and experiences throughout East Jutland. Enjoy the summer with coziness in the garden and outdoor fireplace on the terrace. Our home is bright and nice to be in. It has a lovely view and high ceilings.
