Beautifully located straw house in a housing community

Welcome to our charming straw house with great location and views. Close to Himmelbjerget, swimming lakes, hiking route, forests and city life in Aarhus. The house is a part of the residential community Kirstinelund, but has its own garden with chicken coop, fire pit, shelter and two lovely terraces. We have two cute maine coon cats, Puma and Lilleko, that come with it. Partitions share 12 tdr. country natural plot with river valley, fruit trees, horses, trails, sheep and a playground. It is 3 kilometers to the nearest train station, 20 minutes to Aarhus.

Villa centrally located in Ry, close to water

The villa of 210 m2 is located on a quiet residential street in the middle of the coziest town, where you will find restaurants, takeaway, ice cream shops, boat harbor, cinema, shopping and many small shops. Walking distance from the house there is a child-friendly beach. The area offers Denmark's most beautiful nature, including Himmelbjerget. Possibility of hiking, close to lake and forest, boating, MTB, etc. It is about a 30 minute drive to Aarhus, and 20 minutes to Silkeborg. The house contains everything a family of children needs.

Guesthouse with a view in Søhøjlandet

Cozy guest house with kitchen, bathroom on the ground floor and two living rooms with a bed and room on the first floor. There is plenty of space and great views. Original stand with old carpets and a few punctured windows. The location is top notch for bike and hiking in the Lake Highlands. 5 km to Himmelbjerget through the forest. 1.5 km to Ry station and the cozy harbor. The stairs are steep but with doors that can be closed if there are small children. We have had many great vacation experiences with airbnb and want to welcome!

Cozy Annex in the middle of beautiful Ry

Small annex located in the garden. There is a bathroom, a loft and living room with a small kitchenette. The kitchen includes hot plates and combination oven, as well as a coffee maker. Hemsen has a great view, especially in the evening where beautiful sunsets and stars can be seen. There are 2 mattresses on the loft, and the possibility of a third. There is a sofa bed in the living room where two people can sleep. It is possible to borrow an air mattress and travel bed, just write. Note, there is NO wifi coverage.

Villa Lind

I vil være tæt på alt, når I (optil 8 pers.) bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. På 5 min. kan I gå til supermarkeder, apotek, sushi, pizzeriaer, specialbutikker, frisører, boldbaner, skaterpark, cafe, læger, tandlæger oma. I bilen, kan i nå Aarhus, Silkeborg og Skanderborg på under 25 min. Og på under en time kan I Legoland, Djurs sommerland, Billund og Aarhus lufthavn, Herning, Vejle, Kolding, Viborg og næsten til Aalborg. Villaen har egen lader til din el-bil. Babyseng til rådighed.

Cosy guest house, which is an independent building on the old school . The flat is 51m2 and has a lovely south-facing private 28m2 terrace. Combined kitchen and living room, a toilet/bath, an entry hall and a bedroom with one queen size bed and two bunk beds. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, and there is wifi, tv, cromecast and parking near the entry door. Two extra beds can be made in the living room. Bonfire hut, tarzan track, hammocks and a large garden with playground.

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

Our minimalistic and relaxing apartment comfortably hosts up to 4 guests with a double bed and a double sofa bed. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with washer and dryer, and free parking. Pets are warmly welcome, making it the perfect countryside retreat with modern comforts.

The Yellow House by the Forest

The perfect starting point for hiking, MTB and other activities in Søhøjlandet. The house is not far from Himmelbjerget and the MTB track Denmark's Tag. We are happy to share hiking routes from the house on Topo GPS. The house has 2 bedrooms with one and two beds respectively. In addition, a bed in the living room, where there is also the possibility of bedding on a sofa or mattress.

Small cozy cottage by the lake

Small and unique cottage that can be rented for Smukfest week. It can accommodate 3 people - 4 if you sleep very close. The price includes the following: - driving to and from the festival site - breakfast - drinks when you are at the house The cabin has no electricity, water, toilet or bath. All this is about a 10-minute walk from the cottage in our house.
