Proximity to cozy restaurants, shops, grocery store, cafes, pharmacy, cinema and liquor store. We have a hypoallergenic dog in the house. The kitchen has a stove but not an oven. Microwave is available, as well as a coffee maker and kettle. Fridge with freezer compartment. Bathroom with bathtub. Incl. Wi-Fi, TV with apple TV. Pet-free and smoke-free. The house is uniquely located at the mouth of Helge River with 200 meters to the sandy beach. 500 meters from the house you will find a café, bakery, camping and country shop. Åhus is 10 km away with a nice selection of restaurants and entertainment.

Here you live individually in a cozy cabin with proximity to Österlen and with fantastic hiking trails with the Skåneleden trail that goes past the house.

This newly built attic with sleeping loft offers both kitchen with stove, bathroom with shower, living room with TV, work corner with desk, double bed and mattress on the sleeping loft and the possibility of more beds in the sofa bed. The cottage is located on our property about 20 meters from our residential house and shares a garden with us.
