Cozy & fresh house in Skanör-Falsterbo

Newly renovated house in central Skanör close to both Skanör city center and Skanör harbor. A stone's throw away is also the nice beach that Skanör is very famous for. The house has a patio with both a grill, outdoor dining table and a lounge sofa. Laundry room with both washing machine and dryer is available if you would like to rent for a longer period. The house also has a separate summer guest house with two extra beds that, however, cannot be used during the winter months If you have any questions, just let me know!

In the middle of central old Falsterbo, in the well-known turn-of-the-century house "Ebba Andersson", is this completely newly built studio apartment. With the small grocery store Torgboden as a neighbor, just a few hundred meters to the beach and Näset's golf courses, the location can't get any better - here you have everything close by! Welcome to our newly renovated country house with an amazing sea view on Eskilstorps ängar! Our extra house is from 19th century overlooking the beach meadows and the sea, Öresund. Right beside a natural reserve where you can find many different rare birds, flowers and other animals. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and two sofa beds in the house. In total the house sleeps 4 people comfortably. Relax by the fire place or enjoy dinner outside in the sunset!

The guesthouse has a separate bedroom with 180cm double bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed (140cm) & an extra bed. Fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Travel cot and bikes are available. The cottage has a private patio with lounge group and dining table, as well as access to free parking with charging for electric car. Welcome!

En sommardröm nära både Skanörs och Falsterbos stränder och golfbanor. Huvudhuset har två sovrum. Ett rum med dubbelsäng med en spjälsäng och ett med en enkelsäng. Ett stort vardagsrum med AC och en fin inglasad veranda med plats för cirka 10 personer. Det finns två gäststugor med totalt 4 sängplatser. Två i vardera stuga. Huset ligger nära stränder, golfbanor och restauranger. Trädgården på 1300 kvm är hund och barnvänlig med staket runt hela tomten.

Completely newly renovated house for 8 people (plus small children). Open and modern, with lots of storage and a large sundeck for sunbathing and dining. 3 min walk to a wonderful beach and near golf and tennis courses. 25 min from Copenhagen or Malmö Airport. 20 min to Malmö City. The surroundings offer horse riding, golf, tennis, sailing, wind- and surfing and lovely excursions to the countryside with lots of possibilities for lunch/dinner/coffee.

Scandinavian design in an idyllic and pleasant environment

Sit back among the pine tops, take an outdoor shower, listen to the birds chirp, and relax in this peaceful, architect-designed space. A secluded oasis in the back garden of our property that was completed in the summer of 2023. Walking distance to grocery store, bus, restaurant , local bakery, golf course and a personal favorite - one of the most beautiful beaches with nice swimming opportunities. Nice walking path of about 2 km down to the beach.

Tiny house in Falsterbo.

Close to the beach, golf courses and the riding stadium, this tiny house is set in a garden behind a villa, in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a busstop 100 m away, and also parking on the street if you come by car. There is a small bench and table outside if you would like to eat or drink coffee in the garden on warmer days. There is a lockbox for convenient self-check-in. Supermarket about 10-15 min walking distance.
