We rent out a ground floor apartment with separate entrance.Bedroom with large double bed, combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed for two people. The sofa bed is suitable for babies up to about 12 years. Equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker. Hand counter. Toilet with sink. Shower/outside with hot water is directly adjacent to the apartment entrance. Neighbor with the city park with playground and 4 min walk to ICA, pharmacy, gym etc. Close proximity to beach and harbor with restaurants, cold bath houses etc.

Guesthouse near the sea

A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a nature plot secluded from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm ), if you are more, there is an extra bed that works fine for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simpler meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping part and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

In this national romantic house from 1905, you can enjoy in front of the fireplace, grill and have a drink on the large patio or take a short walk down to Falsterbo's fantastic sandy beach. 5-6 people live comfortably in this charming and carefully renovated house with carpentry joy and high coziness factor. It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and Falsterbo's idyllic center. On the large forest plot, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for rent.

Welcome to our fantastic cozy cottage, Björkhaga Cottage. The cottage is privately located, in our garden, in a quiet, ,-green-green area. 5 min from Falsterbo Horse Show, 10 min from Falsterbo Resort. The cottage has a modern facilities in the bathroom and a cosy south-facing terrace. The cottage has heat pump/air conditioning and is winterized. Close to the ocean, restaurants, shops, and golf courses. Visit amazing Måkläppen. Here our guests are well-received and can have a lovely relaxing stay.

Guest apartment on Söderslätt (Hammarlöv)

Countryside guest apartment (25kvm) located on the second floor above the garage-two rooms and a bathroom. There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.
