The unique home offers outstanding panoramic views of the sea and outdoor swimming pool (May - October) With 6 bedrooms that accommodate up to 12 guests, and 5 bathrooms made with the same marble as on the venerable Britannia, you are invited to enjoy relaxing days by the pool and romantic evenings in front of the fireplace. The villa is the result of the collaboration between Badedesign and interior architect Alex Ark.

Walk to the lake takes 5 min. 5 minutes to walk to Coop extra, kiwi, Boots pharmacy, Korn, hairdresser and gas station. Many nice hiking opportunities nearby. Øyberget, hike along Vigda (nice to cycle), ski cabin up on Buvikåsen and Øysand camping 3 min by car. Short drive to City South, Orkanger, Trondheim and Melhus

Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location. The cabin is located in a small forest grove on Viggja. With a nice view of the fjord. With good bus connections just nearby, you can easily get to Trondheim in 35 min and to Orkanger in 10 min. With just a short walk away is an idyllic swimming area. On the porch you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the view. Or the evenings can be enjoyed around the campfire. In the dark season, you can often see the Northern Lights over the fjord

Here you can enjoy the silence, drink your morning coffee with a wide view and let the days be filled with walks, fresh air and a peace that only nature can provide. When the evening comes, you can crawl up in front of the fireplace, hear the wood crackle and feel your shoulders sink. The cabin is simple and cozy, with nostalgic interiors and soul from a bygone era. A place for those who want to relax, live slowly and take in all the beauty.

Cozy fire pit down by the water, access to canoe, rowboat and fish dish in two waters. Ideal for nature lovers, families and couples. Peaceful and real Norwegian cabin life. The cabin has 3 bedrooms, a traditional style, a fireplace and electricity. Important! No water supplied. Please bring your own towels and bed linen. Any additional charges.

Great country side home! Close to the forest, cross country skiing tracks and the local supermarket. Entire house for available with ample on site parking (off street). Underfloor heating in all rooms and fireplace in the living room. Ground floor has open kitchen and lounge area, bathroom with bath and shower, laundry with washing machine and dryer, and two bedrooms. First floor has a second living area with a sofa bed, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Welcome to a cosy and modern home!

The cabin at Øysand

Velkommen til en koselig og enkel hytte ved sjøen på Øysand. Nyt havutsikt, fuglekvitter, lange dager på den langgrunne sandstranden og rolige kvelder ved bålpanna. Hytta ligger ved Gaulosen naturreservat, kun 20 minutter fra Trondheim. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng og sovesofa i stua gir sengeplasser til 4 personer. Øysand Camping med kiosk, café og aktiviteter ligger i gangavstand. Dagligvarebutikk og hurtiglading for elbil finnes ca. 10 minutter unna. Kjæledyr velkomne etter avtale.

Cozy Corner

Sentral hoveddel i enebolig med enkel standard. Det er tre soverom, én sovealkove, ett bad med toalett og dusj, samt et ekstra toalett. Tre av rommene har dobbeltsenger (180 cm, 120 cm, 120 cm), og ett soverom har en enkeltseng. Det er parkering for fire biler, samt én elbil-lader tilgjengelig. Dette er vårt hjem, så dere må forvente at private gjenstander finnes i omgivelsene. Katten vår bor her fast. Vi forventer at dere som leier behandler henne på en god måte.

Perfect for families and guests who want comfort, nature and proximity to both the golf course and the city.

The Fjord House

Charming house by the sea in Buvika with 3 double bedrooms, a spacious outdoor patio with kitchen and BBQ, just 30 meters from the shoreline. Grocery store, restaurants, and bus stop to Trondheim (20 min) all within a 5-minute walk. Renovated in 2019. There may be some building activity nearby during summer of 2025. We’ll do our best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
