Enjoy the natural surroundings in cabins by the water's edge. Suitable for couples as well as families. The cabins are shielded from view and have their own outdoor space. You are free to use the rest of the farm area where you can, among other things, go for walks in the forest, swim in the beach area and fish from the pier. It can also be mentioned that the farm is located close to one of Norway's finest golf courses. We are a family of four living in the main house on the farm. Otherwise, you can meet cats, foxes and deer.

With good bus connections just nearby, you can easily get into Trondheim in 35 minutes and to Orkanger in 10 minutes. With just a small walking distance is an idyllic swimming area. On the porch you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the view. Or evenings can be enjoyed around the fire pit. In the dark season it is often to see the Northern Lights over the fjord

Lots of nice hiking opportunities nearby. Øyberget, walk along Vigda(nice to bike) , ski lodge up on Buvikåsen and Øysand camping 3 mins by car. Short drive to City South, Orkanger, Trondheim and Melhus

Parking for up to 2 cars by the cabin. Located in a peaceful area. Gas grill, all white goods, glasses and cups, towels available. Duvets and pillows for 6 pieces (6 single duvets +6 sleeping pillows).

A place for you to relax, live slowly and take in all the beauty.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and tranquil accommodation. Here you can enjoy a refreshing swim or try your luck fishing right outside the door. Enjoy the views and watch the boats that are on the way come first serve passing right down. Carport right outside the door with electric car charger. There are 6 beds for adults and 1 baby bed/baby bed. High chair is also here. The sunset can be enjoyed from the bed, or from one of the 3 great terraces. Sun from it rises to it sets.

The Fjord House

Charming house by the sea in Buvika with 3 double bedrooms, a spacious outdoor patio with kitchen and BBQ, just 30 meters from the shoreline. Grocery store, restaurants, and bus stop to Trondheim (20 min) all within a 5-minute walk. Renovated in 2019. There may be some building activity nearby during summer of 2025. We’ll do our best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality . Nice view to the Trondheim fjord and a rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive with car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In the winter, the road is paved and strewn. A good winter car is an advantage.
