A gem in the Archipelago of Skellefteå.

A cozy house of 3 room and kitchen located right on one of Skellefteås's finest sandy beaches, enclosed by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone stove and big windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, Wifi, dish and washing machine as well as a well-equipped kitchen. On the plot there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place year-round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

Part of newly built villa, own entrance and two bedrooms

Welcome to live in a private part in one half of the house with its own entrance, access to two spacious bedrooms, a living room with sofa, TV and dining area, large bathroom with both bathtub and a large shower. There is a kitchen combined with laundry and a spacious hallway. I live in the other part of the house together with my two kids. The house is close to nature and about 10 minutes by car from Skellefteå city center. Bus stop is about 800 meters from the house, ica, pizzeria and medical center about 2 km

12 meters to the water with child-friendly sand bottom that invites to bathe in the warm lake. Great fishing from the jetty or the boat that is included. proximity to forest with nice marked exercise loops. lawn to sunbathe and play on. large living room with kitchen, dining area and tv part. 2 bedrooms and new renovated bathroom with shower and WC. air heat pump that warms or cools. Own wood-fired sauna with a fire pit and charcoal grill outside. It takes 20 minutes to Skellefteå city by car using the E4.

Cozy little house close to Kågeälven.

Welcome to a cozy renovated house in Kusmark, built in 1996 with quiet and secluded location right on the edge of the forest. The house is less than 20 minutes away, the house is less than 20 minutes' drive away. It is located near Kågeälven which has a wild stock of salmon, trout and harr. There are many nice paths and forest roads for those who want to exercise or just enjoy beautiful nature. You as a guest have the entire place to yourself, it is not shared with anyone outside of your reservation.

Cozy accommodation with lake views in scenic area . The house is partially renovated in 2020. On the lower floor there is a large living room, kitchen, large bathroom and a small toilet. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to the sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. In the house there is also a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom slope, 8 km.

Koppla av och njut av den svenska naturen och denna fullutrustade relax i detta fridfulla boende beläget i natursköna medle, 20 minuter från Skellefteå C. Stugan har alla bekvämligheter med tv, matplats, kök (kokvrå), badrum och egen bastu. Räcker inte det så finns det en vedeldad bastu och utomhusdusch på gården som går att låna kostnadsfritt. Fina skogsstigar direkt från stugan tar dig längst älvkvanten till badplats, motionsspår, lekpark, fotbollsplan och tennisplan.

Mysig stuga byggd 2017 med fantastisk sjöutsikt, egen liten gård och parkering, lantligt belägen i byn Norra Bergfors, endast 200 m från sjön Varuträsket, 1 km från badplats och ca 15 km från Skellefteå. Stugan har en bottenvåning med fullutrustat kök, matplats, bäddsoffa och toalett/dusch på 25 kvm och ett sovloft på 10 kmv. Som gäst har du även möjlighet att nyttja skidspår utanför dörren. Stugan hyrs ej ut till rökare. The cottage is not rentable for smokers

Located in a quiet residential area, with proximity to nature, ice rink and cross-country skiing tracks.

Apartment upstairs in a two-family villa in a calm area. Nice walking path next to the river just outside. The apartment has two bedrooms where there are two 120 cm beds in one bedroom and in the other bedroom there is a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. Bedlinen and towels are available. The central town is just over a kilometer away, about a quarter of a walk.
