Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Skykomish River

We enjoyed our stay at Rick's place and had to book last minute due to a power outage at home. The place was cozy and perfect for our group of 2 kiddos and 5 adults along with 2 well behaved dogs. The home had lots of great activities and plenty of items for entertaining if we wanted to stay in and close to other places to explore if we wanted to go out.

This was exactly what we needed. Absolutely beautiful location, incredible thoughtful amenities throughout the home, responsive hosts. We had the most relaxing weekend. Definitely will be back!

This was a great place to stay! Close to many things but still felt private and peaceful. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard was beautiful! Would gladly stay here again.

This was a gorgeous gem of a place, tucked behind the main house, fully fenced for privacy, and with a deck and private hot tub. It's newer, beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid out. We loved the big windows, quiet climate system and clever little kitchen. Fully stocked with necessities, and a handy guidebook. Their love of Seattle shines through! Little challenging to find, especially if arriving after dark. Look down a long driveway to the wooden fence with gate at the end. Your car fits at the end of the driveway, or find street parking. The neighborhood is walkable but not especially great. This location is convenient to anywhere in North Seattle, and a short drive to I-5. Matthew was a friendly and responsive host! We felt lucky to find this beautiful place, with a hot tub, in a convenient spot!

We booked to celebrate my birthday weekend, and it was amazing! We had an amazing weekend! We will definitely be back - we honestly would move in if we could. Everything was just great - everyone enjoyed themselves.

Jen was very friendly and helpful, extremely responsive and understanding. We made a last-minute change to extend our trip and she was able to accommodate and went out of her way to make the place ready for us before we arrived.

This is a lovely home for a large group of adults or a family. The indoor pool/hot tub was a hit with the adults along with kids. The playground is a unique and wonderful addition. The open floor plan upstairs is great for entertaining. Our host was helpful and very responsive.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. It was in a perfect location, private but close to tons of hiking and places to explore and also about 15 minutes away from town for anything you might need. The home was massive, it took us a day or so to remember where all the rooms were. Everything was clean, labeled, and well organized. We loved the kitchen as it was stocked with any appliance you could need and a pay it forward pantry with common spices, etc. The view from the home is incredible. We spent most mornings drinking coffee watching seals and birds play in the water and most evenings in the awesome theater room watching movies. This time there was only my wife and I plus our dog but we would love to return with the whole family as there was plenty of room. The hosts were super nice and easy to communicate with. Would definitely return!

This is a beautiful property in a residential neighborhood. It is decieving, because when you arrive at the property, you will be surrounded by trees, however the home is light and bright. Privacy is my biggest concern, so when I was driving into the neighborhood, I was uncertain about what privacy would look like. When you arrive inside, you feel like you have been teleported into a home in a beautiful forested area in the middle of a rural landscape; a getaway that will not disappoint. All amenities are provided, amd the host is friendly, professional, and available. Various ethnic restaurants are a short drive, as are Target, Safeway, and almost anything else you need!

We had our wedding here over the last weekend. Rachel was amazing, responsive, and super flexible. She let us check out late and even helped us put the parking signs up so our guests wouldn’t have trouble finding the venue. There are no bad pictures at this place and so many areas to explore on the property. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home for a wedding, an event, or for a peaceful, relaxing retreat. Would definitely come back again in the future.

Fantastic getaway location that offered tremendous privacy. Extremely spacious house that was even bigger than the pictures made it look. House had everything we needed from plenty of towels to soap/spices/basic amenities. For those coming in the winter months, be aware that the drive up is extremely steep and I would highly recommend 4 wheel drive if there is snow or ice. Rita was extremely proactive and responsive with her communication! Definitely worth the stay for a small group looking for a peaceful place to escape.

The House of Hygge was just what we were looking for as a family with small children wanting to spend the weekend with two other families with littles in the beautiful setting that is Suncadia. Beautiful home with plenty of space for each family set up shop while boasting an incredible kitchen that opens into the dinning and living areas. It might also be one of the best stocked vacation homes we have ever stayed at when it comes to kitchen necessities and toys for the kids. 10/10 would recommend Paul and Merete’s home to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway regardless of the time of year. We will be saving this home for future vacations and would love to experience it in the summer.

Nancy's place is truly a gem. It is tucked away on the edge of a high spot overlooking down to the coastline and Windjammer Park. It is a super quiet location and so cozy. It was sparkling clean. But the biggest thing that impressed us is the way they decorated with all of the little touches of super cute and comfy things. Books. Mugs. Smores ingredients. Blankets. Mints. We were in town to run a half marathon, so it was a short trip. But I can't wait to get out there again for a longer getaway. Also, Nancy was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Our race went a bit long, but she let us check out a little late so we could sit in the hot tub for a little bit after 13.1 miles! Thank you, again, Nancy. Highly recommend this place to you.

This was hands down one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I have stayed in. The location itself by the creek was BEAUTIFUL. Waking up to the view and sounds was worth every penny I spent booking this. Mish was an amazing host as well and answered all questions in very timely manner. Again Mish, thank you for letting me and my boyfriend experience this private getaway from the rest of the world for a bit haha. Highly recommending this stay for all my friends interested in booking a magical getaway!

My family and I have stayed here plenty of times and we always enjoy our time. The cabin is really nice and has lots of amenities, that makes it really convenient. It’s a really peaceful area and not far from the stores nearby. Anthony is a great host, very accommodating and responds quickly when you reach out. I would recommend it to anyone looking to rent a cabin.

The only thing that would make me not rave about this place is that it might get booked too often. Stayed here about a year ago and the repeat trip somehow was even better- there's never enough time to enjoy everything it offers. Already hoping to visit again. Crissy and crew have thought of it all, truly giving a glamping meets cabin oasis experience. Every space is uniquely designed for function and aesthetics- just sitting to take it all in feels both entertaining and relaxing. Came this recent time to celebrate my birthday for a little "staycation" feel, was able to make a nice 3 course meal with everything I needed. Crissy communicates very well and was above and beyond a gracious host. If you're thinking of booking this place just do it, you won't regret it (but I may)!

This was just what we needed to celebrate my husband’s 30th birthday! The location is amazing, very private for how close to downtown Leavenworth it is and the drive there is beautiful. Our favorite part was definitely the hot tub and being able to bring our dog with us, he had a great time running up and down the stairs and looking down on us from the loft. The cabin felt so peaceful and the hosts were very friendly and responded quickly! We will definitely look to re-book this Airbnb the next time we decide to visit!
