Peaceful unique townhouse in the artists' city

A unique opportunity to see and stay in one of the two small, yellow, brick-built houses by the water. The two houses were restored in 1978-79 and in 1982 received a diploma from the "Association for Building and Landscape Culture" and "Europa Nostra". The two houses are protected to this day and are mostly seen as a photo stop for tourists. The house is located right down to the water, which is seen from the windows, but at the same time in the middle of the city, with life and a lot of activities. If you want to be on the beach, Kobæk beach is only 2 kilometers away.

The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. (Will follow in English) Fantastic charming cottage, in an excellent location! The feeling of standing on the deck of a ship, when the sea and the beautiful beach are 4 metres below the house. There are stairs down to the beach. Beautiful 180 degrees view of Storebælt, both from inside the house and from the terrace. The terrace is south-facing so there is sun all day :-) It is 26 meters wide and forms the heart of our beautiful cottage. You can see both the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Relax in our holiday home next to the Great Belt with a fantastic beach. The home from 2021 of 75 m² can accommodate up to 6 people. Two bedrooms, each with 2 beds and a luxury double-sleeping -sofa bed in the living room. The home is located in scenic and quiet surroundings with views of the sea, fields and a rich wildlife. There is everything in home appliances. There are facilities for enjoying a stay all year around - terrace, "orangery" with heater, wood stove and sauna.

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
