Peaceful unique townhouse in the artists' city

A unique opportunity to see and stay in one of the two small, yellow, brick-built houses by the water. The two houses were restored in 1978-79 and in 1982 received a diploma from the "Association for Building and Landscape Culture" and "Europa Nostra". The two houses are protected to this day and are mostly seen as a photo stop for tourists. The house is located right down to the water, which is seen from the windows, but at the same time in the middle of the city, with life and a lot of activities. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Der er trappe ned til stranden. Smuk 180 grader view over Storebælt, både inde fra huset og fra terrassen. Terrassen er sydvendt så der er sol hele dagen :-) Den er 26 meter bred og udgør hjertet af vores skønne sommerhus. Man ser både de smukkeste solopgange og solnedgange fra huset.
