Monthly Rentals in Slick Rock

We stay at a lot of AirB&B’s in the area and this is one of my favorites! We loved the big front porch, sitting in the rockers and enjoying the beautiful weather and scenery with our dogs. The inside is very cute and cozy, indoor hammocks were so cool!! It wasn’t cold enough for a fire, but the stone fireplace was very nice. The shower was super strong and hot!! Our favorite part was the trails right by the house. Our dogs enjoyed running around and walking in the woods. The house is very close to DuPont, so it was perfect for our mt biking trip.

Wonderful place to stay. Surround by beautiful hikes and lots to do. Michelle was very responsive and helpful and made the stay go really well. This is the perfect little place to stay to explore Brevard or any of the forests and parks that surround it.

Tara was amazing to correspond with and her cabin was absolutely beautiful. It was just what my wife and I needed. The cabin was very clean, smelled wonderful, and had all of the essentials. The gated community was very well kept and full of wildlife. The walking trails were amazing and well marked. The waterfalls were stunning throughout the neighborhood. It was very quiet and serene for our little getaway, especially having all of the deer walking around the cabin throughout the days and evening, but especially in the mornings. This was our first time visiting Brevard and we highly recommend it. Tara's recommendations for local restaurants, etc. were perfect. We can't thank Tara enough for her hospitality and compassion. We look forward to returning sometime soon.

We have stayed many places in NC. This area is so relaxing and beautiful, as was this home. We were able to bring our dog and let her play in the fenced yard and on the huge wrap around porch which is gated. They left firewood and starter twigs. Incredible hostess! Already hope to book again! There is a huge den upstairs and our adult daughter had her own space and so did we. Very private and safe area. We never ate out, but cooked and ate in. Carrie offered to bring any kitchen item needed and even offered to bring a card table when I inquired about one for card playing! Great place for a family. Several tables, sofas, places to sit inside and out that are very comfy! Thank you Carrie and Steve.
